Product Description

Product Description:

PC plastic particles (polycarbonate) Description:

PC plastic particles, also known as polycarbonate, are a high-performance engineering plastic. They exhibit physical properties such as high transparency (light transmittance of 90%), high strength, and high impact resistance with a notch impact strength of 600-900J/m. Additionally, they possess excellent heat resistance with a thermal deformation temperature ranging from 130-140 ℃. Furthermore, they offer low-temperature resistance from -40 ℃ to +135 ℃.

Chemical Stability:

PC plastic particles demonstrate good chemical stability. They are resistant to weak acids, weak bases, and neutral oils. However, they are not resistant to strong bases and ultraviolet light.

Processing:

PC is a non-crystalline thermoplastic that necessitates preheating and drying prior to the processing stage. It can be formed using methods like injection molding or extrusion molding.
