Raw Material Composition

It is mainly produced by free radical polymerization of two monomers, ethylene and vinyl acetate, with ethylene accounting for more than 80%.

During the production process, auxiliary raw materials such as zinc oxide will also be added as stabilizers to improve heat resistance and oxidation resistance.

Calcium carbonate, talc powder, and other fillers can reduce costs and improve heat and impact resistance.

In addition, there are anti-aging agents, anti-ultraviolet agents, and other modifiers to improve processing properties and mechanical properties.
