ABS, short for Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, is an extensively utilized engineering plastic produced through the copolymerization of three monomers: acrylonitrile (A), butadiene (B), and styrene (S).
The proportion of three monomers can be adjusted. Usually, styrene accounts for 60%, acrylonitrile 25%, and butadiene 15%, respectively, giving the material luster, processability, chemical resistance, and toughness.
Milky white particles, density 1.04-1.06 g/cm³, non-crystalline material, temperature resistance range -25°C to 80°C (long-term use).
Strong impact resistance, especially at low temperatures. The material also exhibits high surface smoothness and is easy to dye, electroplate, or paint.
